For your cooking supplies check out The Spoon Shop in the New Industrial Area. It’s located on the mauka side of the upper road off Hina Lani to Costco. Tracy Ackerman, the owner, has a very nice selection of gourmet cookware as well as gadgets for the kitchen. She is also able to special order items for you. She is installing a new section to the store which will help cooking areas for cooking lessons.
